How to Enable Investor Funding Instructions for Your Capital Raise

Steps on how to configure settings and enabling funding instructions for your capital raise.

You have the ability to set and enable different types of funding instructions that your investors will receive during the commitment/investment process in their Investor Portal.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1. Navigate to the 'Fundraising' level of your Portal. Click on the 'Capital Raises' tab.

Step 2. Select the specific Capital raise whose Deal Room you want to view.

Step 3. Click the blue 'Edit Deal Room' button

Step 4. Click on the 'Commitment Flows' tab. Then select 'Funding Options' to open the menu options.

Now that you've navigated to the Funding Instructions section, you will fill in the fields for one or all of the funding types you want to enable for your investors to use.

NOTE: For investors to view the Funding Instructions, you must also check the box for "Enable"

Step 5. Don't forget to click 'Save'! :)

Below reflects how the Funding Instructions will be viewed by investors in their investor portal when making a commitment/investment.
