In the video below we will walk through updating the unit price for a capital raise.

Updating the Unit Price in a Capital Raise allows you to manage changes in your NAV/Price per Unit over time and will be applied to all future commitments.

Note: Updating the class Unit Price will not impact any existing Commitments, Documents, or Investments. If you are updating the Class Unit Price in order to update an incorrect price and need assistance editing existing records - please reach out to our team via the InvestNext chat.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1. Navigate to 'Fundraising' and click on the 'Capital Raises' tab. Select the appropriate Capital Raise from the list:

Step 2. Click the 'Details' button:

Step 3. Click the 'Debt & Equity Classes' tab. Then select the Class you'd like to update:

Step 4. Edit the Unit Price. Then click 'Save Changes':
