Sponsors can easily synchronize their email addresses with the InvestNext Portal using the Email Integration feature. Once enabled, any email sent from InvestNext under the Communications tab will also appear in the sponsor’s external email account. If the sponsor or their investor replies to that email thread via the external email, the response will be reflected in the Contact section under Email in InvestNext. Similarly, any response sent from InvestNext will be shown in the external email thread. This functionality provides sponsors with greater flexibility to manage their email communications without needing to be constantly logged into InvestNext.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1. Click on your Username in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click the 'Profile' button:
STEP 2. Click the 'Email Integration' tab and then "Click here to connect your email account using Nylas":
STEP 3. You will be directed to a confirmation page regarding Email Syncing:
STEP 4. Enter your Email Address and follow the remaining prompts to finalize the integration.
NOTE: Your Email Client may ask you to confirm your permission settings.
Be sure to click the "Select all" checkbox in order to complete the setup. Attempting to select only one or none of the permissions will result in an error.
Below is an example of a Google Account Sync:
STEP 5. Your Email Address is now synced!
TIP: Add an optional Email Signature and select 'Save Email Settings' to have your Signature auto-apply to any emails you send out through the Email Center.
