Sponsors can sync their Email Addresses with the Portal by using InvestNext's Email Integration. This gives the ability to send out Emails through the Email Center.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1. Click on your Username in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click the 'Profile' button:
STEP 2. Click the 'Email Integration' tab and then "Click here to connect your email account using Nylas":
STEP 3. You will be directed to a confirmation page regarding Email Syncing:
STEP 4. Enter your Email Address and follow the remaining prompts to finalize the integration.
NOTE: Your Email Client may ask you to confirm your permission settings.
Be sure to click the "Select all" checkbox in order to complete the setup. Attempting to select only one or none of the permissions will result in an error.
Below is an example of a Google Account Sync:
STEP 5. Your Email Address is now synced!
TIP: Add an optional Email Signature and select 'Save Email Settings' to have your Signature auto-apply to any emails you send out through the Email Center.
