The Minimum and Maximum Commitment Amounts are used to enforce the amounts an Investor can commit while going through the Commitment Flow on the Investor Portal.

NOTE: The Minimum and Maximum amounts are set and enforced per Unit Class. If you have multiple Unit Classes per Capital Raise, you will need to set the Min and Max for each Class.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1) Navigate to the Capital Raise section of your Dashboard:

Step 2) After selecting your Capital Raise, navigate to the Settings tab. Click the 'Debt & Equity Classes' tab. This will open up a sub-tab of your Classes. At the bottom of the page, you can locate and enter the 'Minimum Investment Amount' and 'Maximum Investment Amount':

NOTE: Don't forget to toggle on the 'Restrict Minimum/Maximum Amount' setting to make the Amount entered enforceable.

Step 3) Repeat Step 2 for each additional Class. Don't forget to click 'Save Changes'.
