How to Send Emails to Opportunities in a Capital Raise

Use the steps below to send an email to Investors from the Opportunities tab in the Fundraising section.

While raising capital, you may need to send an email to all or some of the Investors who have an Opportunity in the Capital Raise. The steps below will show you how to do this!


Step-by-Step Instructions:

STEP 1: Navigate to 'Fundraising' in the Main Menu of the Portal. Then click on the 'Opportunities' tab:

STEP 2: If you have more than one Capital Raise, filter down to the specific Capital Raise in the 'Capital Raise' column:

STEP 3: Select each Investor by clicking on the check box by their name(s):

NOTE: To select all the Investors, click on the check box by the 'Opportunities Name' field:

STEP 4: Click on the 'ACTIONS' button on the right side of the screen. Then select '@ Email Contacts':

NOTE: This will take you to the 'Email Center', housed in the 'Communications' section of the Portal.


​STEP 5: In the email, add your Subject, compose your message, and then click 'Send':

NOTE: All Contacts in the email will receive a blind copy (BCC) of the email.

TIP: You can view your email in the Investor's Contact page after. Navigate to 'Contacts' in the Main Menu. Select one of the Investors, then look under their 'Activity' tab and/or 'Emails' tab:
