If your investor is having trouble receiving the "Forgot Password" link in their email, the following video shows sponsors how you can help that investor receive the link so they can successfully reset their password.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1. Navigate to the investor Contact within your portal
Step 2. Within the Investor Portal Access section of the Contact details, click the Send Reset Password Link button
Step 3. Your investor should receive the password reset email to the email address that is listed within the investor portal access section
*Please note that if the investor no longer has access to the email address that is listed within the investor portal access section, the InvestNext support team will have to assist with providing the link directly to the investor/sponsor. The InvestNext team does not have the ability to update the email address associated with the investor portal access section, this has to be updated by the investor once they reaccess their account.
