To reset your password, you will need to navigate to your Sponsor's portal.
STEP 1. Once you reach your Sponsor's portal, click Login on the upper right-hand corner. To reset your password or retrieve your username, click on the Sign In button.
STEP 2. Type in your username and click the Send Recovery Link button.
Please note that usernames are case-sensitive, if you don't remember your username, proceed to step 4.
STEP 3. Check your email, we'll send a password reset request from InvestNext at notifications@investnext.com. Make sure to check your spam folders, as well! Follow the instruction in the email and the system will walk you through on how to create a new password.
STEP 4. If you don't remember your username, click on the Forgot your username? Click here. link.
STEP 5. Type in your email address and click Send Reminder Email. Check your email for further instructions.
