In order to Reset, Upload, or Skip a document for a Capital Raise, you will first need to navigate to the Investor's Opportunity page. Once you are within that Investors Opportunity page, you can perform the following functions:

Step by Step Instructions:

Step 1) Navigate to 'Fundraising' in the main menu of your Portal:

Step 2) Under the 'Opportunities' tab, find and click on the respective Investors Opportunity:

Step 3) Click on the Investors 'Commitment' in the upper right-hand corner of the page:

Step 4) Click on the 'Documents' tab to expand and view their documents:

From here, you can perform any of the options available that are shown below.

Reset the Document:

Step 1) Hover over the respective Document for the options available to appear.

Step 2) Click the 'Reset' icon

IMPORTANT: 'Resetting' the Document means it will need to be filled out again entirely! It isn't a spot-correction tool, but instead, a feature that allows Investors to start the Document over again.

Upload the Document:

Step 1) Hover over the respective Document for the options available to appear.

Step 2) Click the 'Upload' icon

TIP: This feature is helpful in the event that an Investor signed the Document outside of the Portal and sent it to you.

Skip the Document:

Step 1) Hover over the respective Document for the options available to appear.

Step 2) Click the 'Skip' icon:

TIP: This is helpful in the event that you don't need this Investor to sign that particular document and would like to have it bypassed so the Investor can move forward in the Commitment Flow process.

Video Demonstration:

The following video quickly goes over all three of the functions shown above.
