In order to reset, delete, or upload a document for a capital raise, you will first need to navigate to the Fundraising section of the portal. There, you will search for the specific Opportunity in order to edit their E-Signature Document.

Once you are within that Opportunity, you can perform the following functions:

  • Cancelling the documents

  • Resetting one or more documents

  • In the case that an investor printed the document from the deal room and sent it to you, you can Upload the Document
