On occasion, you may have investors who choose to invest in your Project outside of the Investor Portal. In this instance, you can manually record the funds as received in the investor's Commitment. The following steps outline how to do this.
DISCLAIMER: Before proceeding, an Opportunity page and Commitment must be on file first! If the Investor Committed and signed their Documents outside of the InvestNext system, you can manually create an Opportunity page to record their Commitment and upload their signed Documents.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1. Navigate to 'Fundraising' in the Portals Main Menu. Then select the investment Opportunity for which you would like to record the receipt of funds:
Step 2. Navigate to the 'Commitments' section in the upper right-hand column. Then select the Commitment for which you would like to record the receipt of funds:
Step 3. Select the 'Receive Funds' button, fill in the required information, and select the 'Record Investment' button:
NOTE: The 'Investment Date' should be the day you received the funds.
