How to Enable Investor Funding Instructions for Your Capital Raise

Steps on how to configure settings and enabling funding instructions for your capital raise.

In the Commitment Flow settings of your Capital Raise, you can enable and set up various types of Funding Instructions (ACH, Wire, and Check) for your investors to use. These Funding Instructions will be presented to your investors during the commitment/investment process in their Investor Portal.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

STEP 1. Navigate to 'Capital Raises' in the Main Menu of your Portal:

STEP 2. Select the specific Capital Raise you need:

STEP 3. Click on the 'Settings' tab:

STEP 4. Click on the 'Commitment Flows' tab within the Settings tab. Then select 'Funding Options' to open the menu options:

STEP 5. You can enable one or all of the Funding Options presented (ACH, Wire, and Check). Select one of the options and toggle on the "Enable" setting:

STEP 6. Set up the Funding Instructions:

  • For Wire and Check: Fill out the fields that appear with the funding details:

  • For ACH: You can select any existing Bank Accounts associated with this Project by clicking the blue 'Select' button:

DISCLAIMER: To enable the ACH Funding Option, you must have completed the Payments verification process in the settings of your Project. If you haven't done so already, you can follow the guide linked here: Set-up InvestNext Payments (Automated Payments)

STEP 7. Don't forget to click 'Save Changes' when done! :)
