Metrics

Below is a breakdown and definition of each metric displayed on the Capital Raise homepage.


Total Funds Received

Definition: The total sum of funded commitment amounts that have been received within a capital raise. This includes manually recorded and investments received through ACH within the portal.


Total Pipeline Value

Definition: The total sum from the Opportunities pipeline (soft commitments) that have been added within a capital raise. This list consists of investors that have made a soft commitment on the investor portal and those investors that had their soft commitment manually recorded by the sponsors.


Outstanding Amount

Definition: The difference between the Target Amount and the Total Funds Received amounts; the current amount of unfunded Opportunities and Commitments.


Total Opportunities

Definition: The total sum of opportunities that have been collected within a capital raise. Opportunities.

An Opportunity contains all details about an investor's interest to invest and may include multiple commitments to a project.


Total Commitments

Definition: The total sum of commitments that have been collected within a capital raise; each commitment is connected to one investing entity. In order to be a commitment, the investor has started the investment process by clicking the "Invest Now" button for a capital raise. Or, their paperwork has been manually recorded as a commitment for the capital raise.
