The 'Status' of a Capital Raise is how Sponsors can control the visibility of an Offering and what actions Investors can take with it.

To manage the Status, navigate to the Capital Raise and select "Edit" beside the 'Status' field:

From there, you can update the Status to one of four options:

  • Draft: Nothing is visible to the investor portal, used for the initial set-up of the Deal Room and Commitment Flow.

  • Upcoming: The Deal Room is available on the Investor Portal and investors will be able to enter a soft commitment.

  • Active: The Deal Room is available on the Investor Portal and investors will be able to complete the entire commitment process, including completing e-signature documents and funding.

  • Closed: Investors will no longer be able to submit a new commitment. Any existing commitments will remain and can be completed.
