The 'Status' of a Capital Raise is how Sponsors can control the visibility of an Offering to Investors and what actions Investors can take with it.

Step by Step Instructions:

To manage the Status, navigate to the Capital Raise. Once the Capital Raise has been selected, there is a Status toggle on the top right-hand side of the Capital Raise home page:

From there, you can update the Status to one of four options:

  • Draft: Nothing is visible to the investor portal, used for the initial set-up of the Deal Room and Commitment Flow.

  • Upcoming: The Deal Room is available on the Investor Portal and investors will be able to enter a soft commitment.

  • Active: The Deal Room is available on the Investor Portal and investors will be able to complete the entire commitment process, including completing e-signature documents and funding.

  • Closed: Investors will no longer be able to submit a new commitment. Any existing commitments will remain and can be completed.
