There are two scenarios in the following video.

This first video shows you how to delete an Account (investing entity) that is not an active position within a Project or is not in the process of executing documents for a past or new Capital Raise/Fundraise.

This second video shows you how to delete an Account (investing entity) that has either started paperwork for a current or past Capital Raise. The video shows you how to go into the Opportunity within a Capital Raise and cancel any documents that are in process. If this Account does not have any more documents in process or does not have an active position in a Project, then you will be able to delete the Account from the portal.

Note: if an Account has an active position within a Project, we will not allow you to delete that from the portal so there is no impact on that projects cap table.
