How to set-up a Project Summary page

Adding content to a Project Summary will allow you to highlight current and past Projects on your Investor Portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: To set-up a Summary page for a Project, navigate to Fundraising section and click on Capital Raises.

Step 2: Select the capital raise and click into the Deal Room section.

Step 3: Within the Summary section we can add the following

Showcase photo: Showcase photos are displayed in both your summary page and on the offerings page.

Investment blurb: The investment blurb lets you insert some short text about the project.

Investment summary: Add rich content including text, videos and images to showcase the project information.

Key information: Add key information metrics, such as IRR.

External Resources (Links): Here you can add any links to project-specific websites or other resources.

Step 4: There are five areas to complete from a left-hand navigation menu (pictures below):

  1. Summary: Add the primary content on the Summary Page (specific details below)

  2. Commitment Flows: Add E-signature documents we have created.

  3. Access: Select Enable summary information once all prior steps are complete to add to the Investor Portal. Optionally, add a specific audience (create under Contacts) and/or allow access for unregistered investors.

  4. Photos: Upload any images/galleries to display.

  5. Attachments: Upload any relevant documents to highlight.

Step 4: Within the Summary section we can add the following:
