If you have created a template for a Subscription Agreement/Questionnaire/Company Agreement, etc., those templates will be stored in the Documents section on the portal. If you have a new Capital Raise and you are using the same attorney that you used before, the chances are that the document is similar to previous documents. In this case you can use the Replace and Edit function to remove the old document and update with the newest version that is specific to your new capital raise. Navigate to the Documents section on the left hand side of the screen > Select the document that you wish to replace > Click the Replace with New File button > Fill out the template and upload your new document.
