A Project is a primary concept on the InvestNext platform which is used as a blanket term for a specific investment, whether that be an individual property, investment fund, or any other structure.

A Project provides you with a consolidated view the investor cap table. Additionally, you will be able to structure your investment waterfall in our Distribution Plan builder, as well as have the system automatically calculate and pay your investor distributions.
