How it works?
The Deal Room gives investors additional information about Upcoming and Active Offerings. When a prospective investor clicks the 'Soft Commit' (Upcoming Capital Raise) or 'Invest Now' (Active Capital Raiase) button, they're presented with a customizable Form to submit.

We're glad you asked! Below are a few simple steps to start collecting leads directly on your Deal Room using InvestNext Forms.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1. Navigate to your 'Global Settings' (gear icon). Click the 'Investor Portal' tab, then select the 'Access' tab. Once there, ensure the below settings are enabled:
Investor Portal Enabled
Enable Form Submissions
Enable Self Registration
Enable Form Submissions Auto-Approval (optional)
STEP 2. Navigate to 'Fundraising' in the Main Menu of the Portal. Click on the 'Capital Raises' tab. Then select the Capital Raise you need:
STEP 3. On the Capital Raise page, click on the 'Deal Room' button:
STEP 4. Click on the 'Access' tab:
STEP 5. Under the 'Unregistered Access' section, you'll be given 2 settings to choose from:
Allow unregistered investors to see this offering on the Offerings page (OPTIONAL)
This allows any current or prospective investors with the overall Offerings list link to view this Offering among the list.
Allow unregistered investors to view the Deal Room (REQUIRED)
This allows any current or prospective investors with this Deal Room link to have read-only access to the Deal Room and any collateral on the Deal Room page. NOTE: Investors will not be able to start a Commitment process until they have registered in the portal.
STEP 5. After making one or both selections, click 'Save Changes'!
STEP 6. You can now share the Deal Room link with potential Investors:
IMPORTANT: Make sure to set the status of the Capital Raise to either 'Upcoming' or 'Active' in order to make this Deal Room link live:
