Review these frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you implement and troubleshoot single sign-on (SSO).

Are there any additional security measures I should take when using the Single-Sign-On feature?

No extra steps are necessary but since you only require a single set of credentials we suggest that our customers enable 2FA [two factor authentication].

How do I know if my account is eligible for Single-Sign-On?

Any account created with InvestNext is eligible to be linked. Whether its an investor profile, an admin, user or co-sponsor they can all be linked together.

Can I still sign in using my old login credentials?

No, after selecting your preferred credentials and completing the linking process all other credentials will be removed from your accounts, and no longer have any access.

What should I do if I forget my login credentials?

You can click ‘forgot password’ and recover access via your associated email address. This process is the exact same flow as before.

Can I link an account that does not have the same email address as the primary account?

Yes, as long as you enter the correct username, and password you may link any accounts together.

Can I link my Single-Sign-On account with other third-party apps, such as a password manager?

Your new credentials can be stored in password managers, but no third party apps can be linked together with InvestNext as this point.

Is there a way to Unlink accounts that have been linked up for SSO?

No. This action is permanent. You'll want to be sure that you'd like to link those accounts before doing so!
