Sponsors can now enable an NDA for all investors to complete before getting access to a deal room. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally enforceable contract that ensures confidentiality between two or more parties. Its main objective is to safeguard sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information from being shared with unauthorized individuals or entities
Step-by-Step Instructions:

βStep 1: Go to a Capital Raise, click settings and go to Access. Click into the Non-Disclosure Agreement section. An NDA template is required before you can enable this feature.
Step 2: Toggle Enable NDA and click Save Changes top right of the page.
How to create an NDA Template:
Step 1: Go to a Capital Raise, click settings and go to Access. Click into the Non-Disclosure Agreement section, select +Add NDA Template and click +Create New Template.
Step 2: Select Choose File to Upload file and select Next.
Step 3: Select a name for the new file and click Next.
Step 4: This next step will require you to add a signature. Adding a name and date is optional. Once added click Save template at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Step 5: The newly created document will be automatically added to the NDA section and will allow you to enable.
Step 6: Click Save Changes at the top right to save your work.
