Attach an Accreditation Letter to a Commitment

This article will show you how to attach an accreditation letter to an existing commitment for a Capital Raise.

There may be several reasons you want to replace or add a new letter to a commitment. For example:

  • The current accreditation letter was approved in error and you need to replace it with a correct letter

  • The commitment is missing an accreditation letter

IMPORTANT: Your investor must have completed their Accreditation Letter outside of the Commitment Flow before you can attached it to the Commitment.

How to Attach an Accreditation Letter to a Commitment

STEP 1: Navigate to the Capital Raise section and click on the Opportunities tab.

STEP 2: Locate the investor's Opportunity and double click on the investors name to be taken to the Commitment Card.

STEP 3: Click in the Commitments section on the right side of the screen as shown below:

STEP 4: After the drawer opens, navigate to the Accreditation section and click the button: Link Accreditation Letter:

A drop down with all the current Accreditation Letters on file for this investing Account will display.

STEP 5: Select the correct Accreditation Letter to add or replace the existing Accreditation Letter and click Save:
