Being able to track how many times an investor has viewed an email outreach sent from your portal is significant to ensuring your email communications are sent successfully, and the information shared with investors has been reviewed so that your investors stay up to date on your upcoming and ongoing capital raises.
InvestNext offers you two ways to see the views of the emails in your portal:
In an individual Contact
In the Email Center
IMPORTANT: If the Email Tracking functionality is not showing in your Communications --> Email Center tab, please contact support@investnext.com to ask that the functionality is turned on for your portal.
The steps below will walk you through the steps to tracking the view rate of your email outreaches.
Step by Step Instructions for viewing an Individual Contact's Email
Step 1. After sending the email from the Communications section of your portal, navigate to the Contact page of an investor who was sent the email.
Step 2. Under the tab for Activity or Email in the Contact, locate the email that you are looking to track:
Step 3. Within the email section, locate the "opened x times" analytics.
Step by Step Instructions for viewing the Email Center's Email Tracking
Step 1. Sending the email from the Communications section of your portal under the Email Center section.
Step 2: Navigate to the Communications section of your portal under the Email Center section.
You will see how many emails have been sent from the Email Center, what the aggregate bounce rate is and what percentage of emails have been opened:
Step 3: Click on the name of the email you would like to see more tracking for and each investor's name will display so you can see what actions this investor may have taken with this email:
Step 4. To review the specific email for that investor, you can click the investor's name and be taken to the Investor's Contact detail.
