From time to time, on the Contact screen of the portal, you may need to send an email to one or more customers. You can do this without creating a Contact filter.

The following video shows you how to send numerous contacts emails without having to create a filter.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1: Navigate to the Contacts section.
STEP 2: Select the Contacts you would like to email.
Select all Contacts by clicking on this checkbox:
Select individual Contacts by clicking on the checkbox by the Contact's name:
STEP 3: Click on the the Actions dropdown and click @ Email Contacts:
Note: This will take you from the Contacts section to the Communications section, under the Email Center tab.
STEP 4: In the Communications section, under the Email Center tab:
Add other filters or other individuals if desired
Add the emails' subject line and message
IMPORTANT: All recipients in the email will be blind copied.
NOTE: You can enable tracking for your email from this screen by enabling these options:
This is a marketing email
Track when this email opens

STEP 5: After sending the email, you can see who has opened the email by going to the Contacts section.
STEP 6: Click into one of the Contacts you sent the email to:
Click on the Emails tab
โScroll to the email that you sent and below the "to" information, you can see how many times the recipient has opened the email:
