How to Add/Update a Billing Method to Your Account

The following steps will describe how to add a credit/debit card to your account for billing purposes.

For most accounts, the Billing method added to your portal's General Settings is what our system will use to renew your InvestNext subscription, dependent on your billing frequency automatically. This article discusses how to add new and edit existing card information for your account's billing.

Steps to Add/Update the Billing Method:

Step 1. Log into your InvestNext Admin account and navigate to the "General Settings" (gear) in the top right corner of the screen:

Step 2. Select "Billing":

Step 3. Under "Plan Details", select "Edit Payment":

Step 4. Fill out the required information on the Payment Details form to add a new card or update an existing card, and select "Save Changes":
