Step 1. To update the Tax ID of one of your accounts, log in to your investor portal and navigate to the Settings navigation link.

Step 2. From the Settings page, click the Investing Accounts tab.

Step 3. Once you're at the Investing Accounts screen, you can view or modify important information for your various accounts. To edit a tax ID, click the Edit link next to the account's tax ID.

Step 4. Enter in your tax ID and click Update Tax ID. That's it - come back to this page any time to update your account's mailing address or linked bank account.
