When attempting to log in to your Investor Portal, if you are prompted to "verify token", that indicates that you have previously set up two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account.

There are two options available for 2FA:

  1. Authenticator App

  2. SMS Messaging

Authenticator App:

When you're presented with the verify token field, you'll need to open the authenticator app you used to scan the QR code. The app will be stored on your mobile device. For example, the Google Authenticator App.

Once opened, find the InvestNext, investnext.com, or (sponsor name).investnext.com button in your authenticator app. Your authenticator app will continuously generate a new token every 30 seconds. Simply enter the code you see on your cell phone screen.

SMS Messaging (Receiving a Text Message):

If you set up 2FA to receive a text message, the portal will send you a 6-digit code to the phone/cell number on file for your account. Enter those digits when prompted.

Remember Me Feature (Optional):

If you are logging into the portal on a consistent basis, there is an optional checkbox below the Token Field that you can select. This will allow you to log in for the next 30 days without being required to enter the token.
