How to Check the Status of an E-Signature Request

This article will discuss how to check the status of E-Signature Commitment Documents from Commitment/Investment.

As a sponsor, you can check the current status of an e-signature commitment document. This will allow you to identify where each individual signer is in the process and when they last viewed the document!

There are two options to view the status of an e-signature commitment document in your portal:

  1. Under the Fundraising tab, within the Commitment directly

  2. Under the E-Signatures tab, within the Signature Request tab


Steps to Review the E-Signature Document status within the Commitment:

Step 1. Navigate to Capital Raising from the left-hand navigation bar. Select the Capital Raise that you are working on. Then Commitments Tab at the top.

Step 2. You can quickly view, and filter for every Commitments status. You can also click on the relevant Commitment to dive in to view more.

TIP: You can use the filters at the top of each column to help locate the Opportunity.

Step 3. After you have clicked on a commitment, you can click into the Commitments section on the upper-right side.

Step 4. Click the Documents tab.

Now, you can see the status of each e-signature document!

Steps to Review Document status from the E-Signatures tab:

Step 1. Navigate to E-Signatures from the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2. Select Signature Requests tab.

Step 3. Click on the relevant Signature Request (row in the table) to view the full details and status.

TIP: You can use the filters at the top of each column to help locate the Signature Request.
