If you're embarking on a fresh Capital Raise and your chosen attorney remains the same as in previous capital raises, the odds are high that your new document bears a strong resemblance to its predecessors. In such cases, the Replace and Edit function becomes your ally. This facilitates the replacement of the previous PDF document with a new PDF document, while preserving the E-Signature fields of the previous template. Providing a seamless integration of old and new!
