Adding one or more classes is necessary prior to launching a capital raise as it will allow investors' commitments to be automatically recorded on the Project's cap table once funded. See written instructions below.

  1. Navigate to the Capital Raise via the tab on the left hand side.

  2. Select the Capital Raise you wish to add the Hybrid Class to.

  3. Navigate to the tab titled "Settings".

  4. In the settings menu click on "Debt & Equity Classes"

  5. Click "New" and "Add Hybrid Class" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  6. Select two existing classes (or create each individual class), then specify the unit price for each class for this Capital Raise.
