Adding one or more classes is necessary prior to launching a capital raise as it will allow investors' commitments to be automatically recorded on the Project's cap table once funded. See written instructions below.
Navigate to the Capital Raise.
Select the three dots (ellipsis) beside the Capital Raise name and click "Edit Details".
Select Debt & Equity Classes from the left-hand menu.
Click "New" and "Add Hybrid Class" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select two existing classes (set within the Project, or first create each individual class), then specify the unit price for each class for this Capital Raise.
