In order to have an investor set as the Primary Contact and/or Relationship of an Account, they must have an existing Contact page in your Portal. If a Contact does not exist, the instructions in this article will guide you on how to create one.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1. Navigate to the Account (investor entity) for which you want to add a Primary Contact. Click 'Edit' to select a Primary Contact:
Step 2. Choose a Contact from the drop-down menu. Then click 'Save Changes':
