After you have completed setting up your Investor Portal branding, you must enable the Portal to make it available to your investors.
IMPORTANT: If this is not completed, your investors will not be able to access the Portal or any of your Projects.
This article will explain how to enable your Investor Portal, as well as, how to enable access for individual Projects.
Enable the Investor Portal:
STEP 1: Click on the 'Gear' icon on the top right side of the Portal:
STEP 2: Select the 'Investor Portal' tab. Then click on the 'Access' tab:
STEP 3: Checkmark the box next to the 'Investor Portal Enabled' option.
IMPORTANT: If you haven't already, be sure to create your Investor Portal Subdomain by entering it in the Subdomain field.
You can enable additional options for your Investor Portal in this tab as well:
Allow unregistered investors (anyone with the link) to view your Offerings page.
Enable lead/registration form.
Define which notifications should be sent to investors.
NOTE: Your Subdomain will be the link that your investors will use to log into your Investor Portal.
Example: https://subdomain.investnext.com
STEP 4: Remember to save your changes!
Enable Investor Portal Access for Individual Projects:
If you have created or imported a Project that isn't linked to a Capital Raise, you will need to enable Investor Portal access for that individual Project(s).
STEP 1: Navigate to 'Projects' in the Portals Main Menu. Then click on the 'Settings' tab:
STEP 2: Click on 'Access' and checkmark the box for "Enable Investor Portal Access":
STEP 3: Click 'Save changes'!
