In InvestNext, you can add a single document to a specific investor's Account and share that document to that investor's portal. The document can be uploaded in the Position or in the Account for that investor.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1) Navigate to 'Projects' in the InvestNext Main Menu. Select the Project you need and click on the 'Positions' tab. Then select the desired Position from the list:
NOTE: If you'd like to add the document directly to the Investor's Account page, navigate to 'Accounts' in the InvestNext Main Menu instead. Then select the desired Account from the list. Then simply replicate the remaining steps outlined in this article!
Step 2) Once you're viewing the Investors Positions page, click on their 'Documents' tab:

Step 3) Click the '+ NEW DOCUMENT' button and then click 'Upload':
Step 4) Choose the File and then click 'Upload':
Step 5) Scroll to the new document and click the 3 vertical dots:
Step 6) Click 'Enable Portal Access' to allow the document to show in the Investor's Portal.
