After your investor has completed the documents for their investment, you are ready to countersign the documents to signal your acceptance of their investment.
Use the video or the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to countersign your investors' e-signature documents.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1: Navigate to 'E-Signatures' in the Portals Main Menu. Then click on the 'Signature Requests' tab:
Two sub-tabs will display:
Show Pending Counter-signatures
Show All Signature Requests
NOTE: Each column under either tab can be filtered to help you search for the document
STEP 2: Click on the 'Show Pending Counter-signatures' sub-tab to show only those documents waiting on counter-signature:

TIP: Use the 'Opportunity' column to filter by the investor's name:
STEP 3: Click anywhere in the row of the investor you need to counter-sign the document for. A window will then appear on the right-hand side of the page with the document details:

STEP 4: Click the 'Counter-sign' button to open the E-Signature document:
STEP 5: Follow the prompts to complete the counter-signature.
You will have the option to 'Draw,' 'Type,' or 'Upload' your signature. Choosing 'Type' will auto-fill the signature using the name on your account.
STEP 6: When the counter-signature is complete, the system will move it from the 'Show Pending Counter-Signatures' tab to the 'Show All Signature Requests' tab.
The completed document will also be available in the Investors Commitment in the 'Fundraising' section of the Portal.
