Statements - Manager Overview

Updated this week

The Manager section within InvestNext will be where you "manage" all of your current and previously generated statement campaigns. In this section, you will be able to view generated statements, publish them to the portal, search, rename statements, and delete batches of statements.

Let's take a look at the landing page then dive into a group of statements to see what that looks like!

MANAGER - Landing Page

Manager - In this section, you will be able to manage all of your previously generated statements. You will be able to search and filter for specific statements that you have created in the past.

Columns in the Statements grid:

  • Name - you are able to enter text to search for a saved statement based on the name;

  • Start and End Date - you can filter by start/end date and use this feature to search for a period of time;

  • Investor Portal Access - you can view if the statement has been given access to the portal, in the Investor Portal Access section. This lets the sponsor know that statement is or is not live for their investors;

  • Recipients - this column informs the sponsor how many recipients this request generated statements for;

  • Created - shows the date the statement was generated;

  • Actions - allows you to Rename in the event you need a specific statement name and also allows you to delete the statement if you no longer need this batch of statements;

MANAGER - Statement View

The above view is what you will see after clicking into a statement campaign. From this section you will notice a few columns. Here is an overview on what those columns will do:

  • Name - this column is how the statement will be saved on the investor portal. You can also click on the name of the statement in order to "view" what it looks like;

  • Recipient - this will show you the Account/Contact (depending on the type of statement you generated) that the statement is associated with. If it is an account, you may see a number next to the name, that is the Position Number assigned by InvestNext when the Position was added to the Project;

  • Investor Portal Access - you can view if the statement has been given access to the portal, in the Investor Portal Access section. This lets the sponsor know that statement is or is not live for their investors;

  • Actions - this section allows you to Rename the individual statements, which is currently a manual process done one at a time;

You will also see an Actions button on the right side of the screen. This button allows you to publish all of the selected statements at once or un-publish all of them at once. You can also Delete from this button too!
