A Project is a primary concept on the InvestNext platform which is used as a blanket term for a specific investment, whether that be an individual property, investment fund, or any other structure.
Creating a Project is a simple process that starts by following the steps below!
Step-by-Step Instructions:
STEP 1. Navigate to 'Projects' in the Main Menu and click on '+ NEW PROJECT' in the top right-hand corner:
STEP 2. Enter the 'Project Name' and 'Project Type'. Optionally, enter the 'Legal Name' of the Project:
STEP 3. Enter the physical address of this Project:
TIP: Be sure to enter the "State" using the capitalized 2-letter abbreviation format. For example: CA, TX, NY, etc.
STEP 4. Select the 'Asset Class(es)', 'Relevant Regulation(s)', and the 'Structure':
STEP 5. Select the 'Currency' and the 'Unit Calculation Presicison'. Click 'Next' when done:
STEP 6. You've now created your Project! You can update this information anytime by navigating to the 'Settings' tab within the Project:
