Enabling Inbound Payments

Enable inbound payments to allow investors to submit their contribution funds directly through the Investor Portal.

InvestNext's Inbound Funding enables your Investors to complete the entire subscription process autonymously through your Investor Portal. Investors will complete a short AML process, sign into their online bank account, and send an ACH transfer of up to $1,000,000 USD. *Note that this is a transaction limit, not a daily limit.*

Before Proceeding: If you have not set up your InvestNext ACH Payments yet, please follow the detailed instructions provided here. You will need to have your banking details approved for InvestNext Payments before proceeding.

Step 1. Navigate to the 'Fundraising' level of your Portal. Click on the 'Capital Raises' tab and select the relevant Capital Raise.

Step 2. Click the blue 'Edit Deal Room' button

Step 3. Click on the 'Commitment Flows' tab. Then select 'Funding Options' to open the menu options.

Step 4. Under the 'Secure ACH Transactions' tab, you can enable inbound funding by ensuring the check box is checked.

Once enabled, you will be able to "select" any existing bank accounts associated with this Project by clicking the blue 'Select' button. Then click 'Save'!

The green confirmation message shown above will be displayed once this Funding Option is successfully configured and active!
