ADMIN USERS: How to change your username/email, manage your email notifications, and more!

Whether your Admin Account is brand new or not, there are a few settings you may want to update. You can find the following tabs under your Profile Settings:


How to Access Profile Settings:

Click the Gear Icon, then click Profile:


Personal Information

This is the default tab you will be brought to when accessing your Profile Settings.

From this tab you can edit the following:

  • Add/edit your profile picture

  • First name

  • Middle name (optional)

  • Last name

  • Username (note: your username is case sensitive)

  • Email address

  • Time zone

Once you make a change, don't forget to click Save Changes!


Password

This tab will allow you to change your password. Simply enter your Current Password, enter your New Password, verify your New Password and click Change Password.


Email Integration

Use this tab to integrate your email! For instructions, please view the article Sync Your Email With InvestNext.

You can also edit your Email Sync settings and Email Signature. Don't forget to click Save Email Settings!


2FA

This tab will allow you to enable 2FA or change which method you utilize, Authenticator App or Text Message. For directions on setting up 2FA, please view the article How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication.


Settings

If you want to update your Email Notifications, Link Additional Accounts, or Delete your Account(s), use this tab!

Email Notifications: Check or uncheck any Email Notifications you would or wouldn't like, then click Save Changes.

Link Additional Accounts: If you have more than one InvestNext account and would like to link them, click + Link Account. For a detailed walkthrough regarding Linking Accounts, please review the article How to Link Accounts Within the Portal (SSO).

Delete Accounts: To permanently Delete your Account(s), click Delete your InvestNext Account and follow the directions. This cannot be reversed!
